i really HOPE the new episodes be better?

I just got tv1. I was watching Like Family, Amen, Half & Half NY Undercover, Differernt World, Living Single. I see the constant ads, so I gave the show a chance.

I was hoping bc this show is on TV1 it would be better.
Isnt TV1 for the grown & sexy, for the maturer AfrAm audience?

What I saw was bufonery & coonery.
Was I wrong to expect more from the producer/writer of 'Martin' and 'Jamie Foxx'? Yes there was clowning on both these shows (cole's ignornance & shananay; jamie foxx had jokester jamie but i felt wasnt so bad), but they did have realistic plots.

There is the stereotypical gum smacking ghetto secretary @ thw real estate office.

There is the stereotypical Asian @ the hair/nail salon.

There are the stereotypical homsexual hair stylista.

SIGH.

I will keep watching in hopes it get better. But if it doesnt I will stop watching quicker than I stopped watching the horrible "Paynes" &"Browns".
