What was up with the doors opening and closing by themselves? Did the lady open the door when Tess was asleep? That doesn't make sense. Was it Keith? He was asleep.

shareI originally thought it was the lady. But after finishing the movie, I have a suspicion that it was supposed to be just the doors themselves. Kinda like when things creak or shift in a house by themselves. That's not very convincing, but I think that might have been the intent.
shareIt was her. You could see the cellar door was open as Tess was going into the living room to check on Keith. Then you can see she closes it behind her as she goes back down.
