figured we'll need a thread for tonight but also, how did we feel about episode 2?
honestly episode 2 was really boring for me. they are using the new interview set up too realistically, so much so that its hard to connect with the characters now.

I was really bored on episode 2 also, still haven't finished it.

shareit really is. unfortunately this year the show has lost the one thing that had been keeping it afloat over the years: its great sense of character. Sure their journeys often ended weirdly, but you knew so much about each character from the get go. each episode was a great character piece.
this new format has ruined it. needing to stop the interview half way through the episode? no thanks.

I'm surprised how many people dislike the new season. IMO it's the best season since Murder House, I couldn't finish the others (especially Freak Shown and Hotel... awful!!)
shareI have to admit, the documentary part really made me roll my eyes and I wasn't a big fan of the first two episodes. But Chapter 3 was amazing and now that we know the sixth episodes will be a game changer really makes me curious.
