At this point Jason is her brother and her cousin. But, Mary Drake had Spencer while at Radley! Still leaves it open for a father and I don't think it's Mr. Hastings
Peter still is, Mary snuck out one night and pretended to be Jessica trying to resume their old affair so Peter would have sex with her. Lol

shareI think you were right the first time when you said we don't know who Spencer's father is. I can see Mary getting with Peter when Jessica was having the affair, lot more convenient, and a lot more plausible to be Cece's biological father. I can't see Peter picking 7 years later and having another affair with Mary or Jessica.
sharelol, i think this is going to be it too! We already know that Radley was an awful place and they didn't do things "by the books." I am sure she could have easily gotten out.

There have already been way too many confusing plots between those two families, so I'd really prefer if they went the route of another Peter/Jessica love child who just so happened to actually be a Peter/Mary trickery child. At least it would be consistent with other information we've already been given.
But good lord, once again, you would think that when all the Jason paternity drama was going down that the freaking Hastings would have just put all the cards on the table and saved themselves from this coming out down the road. I guess the writers have given us enough rando moments of oddness from Peter and Jessica to indicate that this reveal has been in the works for a little while, but I'm kinda peeved with Veronica... It seems like she and Spencer have really made a tone of progress since season 1 and I want that woman to be the parent Spencer can count on, but here we go for another round of high Hastings drama.
Spencer will live, but she might as well have herself committed for life at this point. Her world is too crazy to be endured.

I could be wrong but in the book I think Alison mom and spencer dad had affair and had spencer. Maybe they are doing something like that. Maybe he thought she was Jessica.
Now that I think about it they talked about that in the tv show too. I think.
