Does anyone remember PLL getting ending and then they decided to restart it? I remember see commercials but I wasn't caught up and it seems that the seasons don't have a break. I am thinking I was 2014??

PLL splits their seasons in half. They air an "A" section, then a hiatus, then a "B" section. The show didn't end, just went on breaks.
We're on the final season, season 7. 7A has wrapped, we're on hiatus until April, then 7B will air, concluding the show once and for all

if you mean how they discovered who -A was, but then a new -A appeared, that has happened twice.
at the end of season 2 they found the first -A.
then half way through season 6 (referred to as 6A as starshock said) they found out who the NEW -A was. Between season 2 and 6 there were a lot of 'fake' reveals, where characters were seemingly -A but it turns out it was just a misunderstanding, or that they were only working for -A.
after 6A, a new -A appeared in the '5 years forward' plotline.
