Unless I'm forgetting something, this is another plot line that was dropped abruptly and never returned to. Aside from the Liars and the boyfriends, I don't think that anyone knows the truth about Ali's kidnapping story, although the parents and the police seemed suspicious in 5a.
sharehard to say. I imagine the police found out once -A was exposed, i mean it was a huge trial and whatnot. if i had to guess, they did come clean about it after CeCe stepped down.
i dont really think of it as soemthing that was 'dropped' so much as something that is inconsequential at this point. one of the things that would have been nice to know but doesn't /really/ matter
