And it's ridiculous how many storylines they dropped. Like the whole Mrs. Potter and her suspicious heir storyline from Season 1 COULD have been so interesting, but they basically just let it fizzle and die.

I would love to see what this show could have been with GOOD writers. I think the concept is interesting, but now it's such a ridiculous mess.

I don't think that storyline was for anything more than to scare Hanna/Ashley because she stole the money. So it was a close call when the nephew showed up. However if this happened in the later seasons, Cece would've framed Hanna or
Ashley for Mrs. Potter's murder and revealed they stole the money lol
