I heard Marlene said it would come out in this final batch of episodes coming next year but there were some theories that it would end up being a nightmare of Ali's since Rollins ended up being evil and she's now carrying his baby. That would be such a cop out if it's true. Guess we'll see.
shareThere was nothing remotely interesting in 6B that they could have used for that flash forward so I think it's just a scene they included to get people interested in the time jump. Often times flash forwards like that are included in the following episode which would have been 6x11 but I just don't see then retuning to it in all honesty.

then in the interview marlene will say 'that was one of Hannah's psychic dreams you see, we hinted that she was psychic a bit cuz were SOOOO clever'

But I'm still confused why if she changed her name back while she's a teacher, but why write Mrs. Rollins on the board in the flash forward. I don't have if she thinks that's his baby or not, I don't see why anyone would take his last name after what happened.
