Have I missed something

So for the first half of this final season I watched it each week until the last two episodes because I got too busy. I just now caught the final two episodes and my memory of some things was a bit foggy. So I was just wondering a few things, which I may have forgotten or perhaps wasn't revealed.

So from what I understand we have Noel(and potentially Jenna) who helped Cece with the dollhouse, for whatever reason. Cece is murdered and so out comes AD, the unconvincing face mask wearer who is upset Cece was killed and wants revenge. This is the person who is sending the texts and such. Eventually the whole Noel and dollhouse thing is revealed and so him and Jenna lure the liars to that house (that had Mary in it for some unknown reason) to kill them (but not Mona who had seen it as well and made that clear to Jenna). Noel somehow falls onto an ax with enough force to decapitate himself and Jenna seems to have horrible hearing for a blind person. Before this Sydney makes an appearance to just become an accomplice in the whole murder scheme?

Now Mary knocks Jenna out and is holding Spencer and the cops are presumably called. Now somehow with all the girls in this room and the police coming AD manages to kidnap Jenna with nobody noticing? And this is the same AD, whom Jenna apparently doesn't know the identity of, that is seeking revenge on the murder of Cece and so they kidnap Jenna who was helping one of Cece's accomplices? Or are we meant to believe that Noel/Jenna were the ones who killed Cece and Sara so that their involvement with the dollhouse would not be found out?

So the rest of the season should reveal (or confirm in some cases) who killed Jessica, who killed Cece and who AD is. I think I have that right.

Also, just an opinion, but not impressed with the love stories this season. We have Emily currently bouncing around with three people. This big built up thing of Toby now being with the daughter of his ex's mother's campaign rival, who most likely died in this car crash just so they have a way of getting rid of her so they can put him back together with Spencer, who also is obviously not going to die. So basically Marco is pointless, just like all these new love interests. Hanna's ex-fiance, Aria's nerdy ex-boyfriend, Caleb/Marco and Spencer and Emily with Sabrina. I just feel like all these characters, besides Caleb, were all just filler and really don't serve much of a point to the show.

I think you have everything correct. The useless love interests are SO irritating. Marco and Spencer had a lot of potential but they would rather go for the season 1 romances. I'm not impressed either so you aren't alone. It's possible that Noel and Jenna killed Cece and Sara. I've never been convinced that AD didn't kill or attack Cece similar to the Mona and Alison back and forth. It seemed like A was trying to discover who killed Alison in the first two seasons but we find out that Mona hit Alison in the back of the head in a moment of rage and then saw her later on that night too. I hope they don't repeat this storyline with AD but it's always a possibility with this show. I'm also expecting to find out who killed Jessica(possibly AD), who killed Cece, and AD's identity. I have general theories about who AD will end up being and with the recycled plots I'm thinking that Lucas is AD.

Hang on... when did we find out that Jenna and Noel helped keep the girls in the doll house? I have no memory of this.

This show gets too freaking complicated.

They found a flash drive I believe and Spencer watched Noel put the fake blood on her in the dollhouse. It seemed like Noel and Jenna were like apprentices studying under cece to take over as A or they were just minions for whatever reason. I'm not sure what episode though.

Me too, it's very obvious Lucas is A.D.
