Can Spencer kill someone before the end of the show?

Doesn't seem fair that all the other liars got to kill someone and she didn't.

I wonder if that was intentionally done. Spencer's the one everyone is afraid of because she's very smart and can be quite aggressive. She's the first one to get framed for murder and she's also A's biggest threat. I would be interested in seeing Spencer kill Uber A and then deal with the trauma of taking a life during the time jump.
