Mrs. D and Lucas connection?

Do they have one?
Could Lucas have killed Mrs. D to get back at Charlotte?
Lucas did mention that he had a lot of emotionally disturbed friends in radley during season 3.
I def feel like there is a backstory to Lucas and Charlotte that we haven't discovered. That also goes with Wren. I have a strong feeling that Lucas has history with Cece and Wren.

The night Mrs. D was killed, The girls were in NY with Shana and Ezra.
Cece/Charlotte was in police custody. Melissa was also at the station and revealed she killed Bethany.
Mona's whereabouts are unaccounted for.


Toby did try to run over Lucas in season 3, Toby was being controlled by Cece.
Lucas could have killed Mrs. D as revenge for Cece trying to have him killed.
I think that Lucas also killed Cece/Charlotte.
Lucas had secrets of his own. Mona wanted to meet with Charlotte to make sure she would keep her mouth closed.
Lucas could have killed her for the same reason, we don't know what lucas has done.
