Can some one clear this up

I'm confused- so Cece hit alison and mrs d buried her. Mona hit bethany and melissa buried her. So alison was dug up and mona drove her to a motel. After she hit bethany thinking it was alison? Whats the time frame?! Same grave?

Mrs. Grunwald digged up alison and took her to the hospital.
While being at the hospital, Alison escaped.
While she was walking away, Mona pulled alongside her and offered to help.
Alison told Mona everything and Mona constructed a plan for Alison to leave town.

So while all this was happening, is that when Melissa found bethany im the yard and then dug another grave and buried her?

I believe so yes. Time is a finicky little devil in pll world.

This is what I wanted from 6x10 to explain....no way that could work there is no "In between time"....it doesn´t fit at all....when Ali and Spencer had this fight Melissa watched them and followed Spencer and tripped over Bethany´s Body thinking it was Spencer who killed Alison so good so far but Bethany was hit after Ali and buried at the same spot, so its not working that way...
