I'm seriously wondering if Mona posted a how to be A blog or wrote a secret handbook for this stuff. I hope it isn't a coincidence but everyone on this show is so weird for no reason that it may not connect. I still can't believe they ignored Eddie Lamb's existence in the show.

it all leads back to radley. remember that secret room they found with torture device similar to the ones used on the liars?

the implication seems to be that -A is a bit of a torch that is passed along. That CeCe learned to torturep eople that way becuase she was tortured in that way by someone who 'loved her' in some psychotic sort of way.
