How did no one see Mrs D and Cece digging Ali's grave

So one the night Ali went missing, how did no one see Mrs D and Cece digging the grave? No one went to work, or went out to walk their dog, or go to the store, or go for an early morning jog?

How did no one notice there was a fresh patch of ground that was just dug up? I Know there was a storm that night, but the ground would have probably been a little noticeable, with all the fresh over turned dirt.

How did they have enough time to dig Ali's grave? That night, Ali had a fight with her mom, then left, went to Spencer's, hung out with the girls for a little while, met with Ian at the kissing rock, met with Ezra , and then went back to Spencer's before she was hit in the head and buried.
After all that, Mrs. D and Cece had enough time to dig the grave, then for someone to pull Ali out, Ali to be drove to the hospital, run away from the hospital, be picked up by Mona, drove to the motel in the middle of nowhere, Ali to get a little sleep while Mona goes shopping for her, and then Ali to drove off; All of this happened when it was still dark outside.

Unless Rosewood's night are at least 12 hours long, there is no way Cece and Mrs D has enough time to dig a probably 3 ft deep grave

Most likely it happened early hours of the night.

In season 1, Alison's house is shown to be on a street with the gazebo to the left of the house.

However in later seasons (season 2 or 3 onwards I can't remember) Spencer & Alison's houses were shown to be at the end of a street with lots of bushland around both their houses.

The gazebo was then changed to be behind the house.

Alison had a way of cutting through the bushland to get from Spencer's barn to her backyard.

When Mrs D and Cece buried Alison, no one would have scene since they were hidden in the backyard.

Some goes for Mona hitting Bethany with the rock and when Melissa buried her. No one saw anything. Except for UBER A possibly.

And to answer your question about the timeframe at night, I live in Melbourne (Australia) - during winter, it's dark by 6pm and the sun doesn't rise until about 7:30/8am. So we get 12/13 hours of darkness.

Trust me I've gone out on weekends and done quite a lot in 12/13 hours haha

So I looked up Philadelphia's sunrise/sunset for last labor day, which was the day Ali was buried. The sun starting setting at 7:36 and rose the next morning at 6:33. It usually takes about 2 hrs for the sun to set so that puts the Ali's night starting about 9:30. So in 9 hours Ali went to Spencer's, seen Ian and Ezra, was buried, pulled out of the ground and then everything that happened with Mona, because it was still kinda dark when Ali left the motel

Don't forget Alison was confronted by Garret and Jenna and also had the meeting with Byron all in that time frame.

Not sure if this answers your question, but they buried Ali/Bethany under where the gazebo went. The builders already dug the hole (or at least the dirt was really loose) in order to pour the cement foundation (which they did the next day over Bethany).

Sight is interpretive so the things they saw or didn't see are really up to interpretation.

Wasn't there also a storm? I vaguely remember it was getting stormy, that would have made it darker earlier.

So am I correct in saying that the CeCe Drake we all came to know is actually transgender?! If so and if Charles made the decision himself, that's pretty cool in my opinion seeing as most shows are scared to even have more than 1 main LGBTQ character.
