what kind of shipping is worse?

there's two kinds of shipping as it happens on TV shows, pre-chewed shipping and pandering.

pandering is something PLL does a lot, where they see what couples the fans like and basically turn up the heat to an excessive degree.

then there is prechewed which is something you see in how to get away with murder. couples Like Connor and Oliver were created to be shipped with how being integral to the plot

It varies depending on my hatred of said shipped couple. Typically pandering is worse at least in past shows that I've watched but rewatching other shows allows me to realize that a few well liked couples were obviously prechewed and I was too young to pick up on it. I believe the two can overlap too.

there definitely can be overlap. Rumplestiltskin and Belle were pre chewed (though they admittedly had a little plot relevance to begin with) and they quickly transitioned into pandering. i remember there was a blatant pandering scene in like season 4 where rumple makes him and belle wear their costumes from the disney movie and they literally danced to a piano version of the song 'beauty and the beast'. it was hard to watch.

then theres couples like charing x snow which are really neither, as their romance is integral to the plot itself.

Pandering is a lot worse in my opinion.

Pandering is worse.

The world isn't split into good people and Death Eaters.
