Why was Elliott allowed to treat Alison

When she was in the Psychiatric Hospital? He never should have been able to give her medicine and put restraints on her. When he visited her, it should have been a family visit, not a doctor visiting

Where I live, nurses can't even give needles to their own children in a clinic, let alone a doctor treating his own wife.

At home is one thing, but in a formal setting? It would never happen, it's a conflict of interest.

Plot hole lol.. would never happen in real life

Jessica D: sleep with their fathers and have secret lemon childrenĀ

"It's just a show..." is what a lot of showrunners have used (and will use) as an excuse when viewers points out that something would not be allowed in real life.
