Apart from the tire spikes having slashed Joe's front tire in the evening, and then by morning the continuity director seemed to have forgotten all about it, I thought that this was a great first episode.

Also, while we're criticising little story holes, why didn't Joe and Evie think of holing up in USHLLBESCARED's well stocked bunker? She sure'n hell didn't have any use for it anymore, right?

I just had a chance to circle back to this, having missed it on the first run. I wondered the same thing at the end. Even if they didn't want to stay there long term, they should have at least stayed the night (or two) to recover and heal up.
