Mare Island Naval Shipyard - an historic US military location - near Vallejo is listed in IMDb as a filming location.
Except for a very brief - but obvious - scene from the movie's outtakes on the special features DVD, Mare Island doesn't appear in the theatrically released film.
Did I miss seeing it in the feature?

My late Dad was a submariner stationed at the Naval Yard when Naval subs were based there. He even took pictures of sub construction and submitted them to his hometown newspaper. That wouldn't be allowed today!
But, is Mare Island itself considered part of Vallejo?
