Great dance sequence as the credits roll!!
One thing l've always thought about Maori... A warrior culture with an Asiatic sense of the theatrical... They're sure as hell finding their niche in this new (asio-centric) world...
And...(not that this was a theme in the movie, but..), more power to them for saving their native language from extinction!

shareIt was good.... but I have to say I always find those end credit dance sequences self indulgent. Especially given the touching way the film ended, I think it would have been better to just leave the audience with that sentiment to ponder over instead of dissipating it with that.
Just my thought though... It was definitely pretty cool though
I disagree. As a kiwi, mixing the haka, a distinctly 80s but fondly remembered song and thriller was the perfect ending. It was somehow powerful, moving and funny at the same time.
I thought it made the movie end on a high and brought back some of the humour missing (for obvious reasons) in the final scenes.

I turned off as the title came up, so I'm glad I saw this and went back!. What a great ending!
