If Gwyneth wasn't in this film, I know I wouldn't have watched it and I'm guessing that might be the case with lots of viewers. And I still hate country music, maybe even more now.

shareKind of the same here; I saw it tonight in the TV listings and I probably would have passed it over if it hadn't had been for Paltrow's name, and knowing she can sing decently to boot. Without her name attached I would have pegged it for some Hallmark-y country drama and probably not watched it. It's not half bad as a movie.
