So Kelly had some Bad history with Dallas and I'm just wondering what it was? AND why the baby doll that a very disturbed fan sent her really upset her?

You must have missed the part when there was a discussion about what happened in Dallas. She was drunk and five months pregnant and fell off the stage, losing the baby. People blamed her because she was drinking while pregnant. That's why the doll sent to her saying "Murderer" was so devastating to Kelly.
