question for country music lovers

I saw this movie yesterday and quite enjoyed it. Chiefly bought it because I like Gwyneth Paltow. I have to admit that I do not like country music at all, but it seemed to me that Gwyneth, Leighton, and Garrett all sang very well. Is this true? What did others think of their country music singing? (If this were rock and roll, I would not be asking. I would know whether or not they were good singers.)

Yeah they did surprisingly well, actually had to research to see if it was actually them singing. Garrett was actually a special guest at one of Dierks Bentley's concerts recently.

Silly question!! :-) If you know music, you know that the music was done well. I have heard better, but I have also heard worse, as in any genre. Most was sung in the style before the crossover/rap stuff that is on the radio today, but overall, very well done. IMHO
