Ive seen this movie many times and I still go back and forth, Do you think she intentionally killed herself or was it an overdose? The fact that she kicked ass at the concert kind of points that she knew it was her last show??

It was not an accident; she intended to kill herself. At the end, Beau is reading a letter she wrote to him before she killed herself and it is clarified in there. I can't remember the exact words because it's been so long since I've seen it but the letter leaves no doubt as to the fact that it was a suicide.

She was sad in her life, depressed and felt her husband didn't love her anymore. She gave up. After she redeemed herself in Dallas, you can tell as she was walking to her room, that was her intention.

Just for future references, if you know someone with severe depression, or suicidal tendencies and they "suddenly" or "miraculously" become happy or 100% better, that's usually not good news. That usually means they are going to carry through their plans of suicide.
