I absolutely thought they were the same dude in the preview. I thought it was Kent up until Jane said "Agent Davies!"

I know I did as well its such a uncanny resemblance b/w Kent/Agent Davies, I had to do a double take/look until Agent Davies started talking I then realized it wasn't Kent. They could play "long lost brothers" or something, it's crazy how much they look alike.
OFF TOPIC QUESTION: Also why did Kent apologize to Jane when Maura/Kent were showing their new way of getting evidence off that shirt? I didn't see where Kent had to apologize for anything, WTF did he do that he had to say "sorry" to Jane? It was weird and didn't make sense... Please can anybody tell me if I missed something from that scene?

yeah I was confused about that part...all Kent did was look at Jane for like a second as his eyes were wandering about...that's hardly a reason to apologise for. share
Okay thanks for clearing that up for me but I also don't think Kent had to apologize, its not like he was "leering" at Jane. All he did was look at Jane for a second as you said so that doesn't qualify him to say "sorry" to Jane. It was like that whole part of the scene was ridiculous as are other parts of the show has been lately.. just strange things I've noticed in the past episodes.

Yeah, Kent said, "Woooooo!" and then "Sorry." That's why he said sorry, because Jane kind of glanced at him and was like, "Stop that."
I had the volume up really loud, so that may be why I heard the "Wooooo."
I am a man with Asperger's Syndrome, so please forgive me if my posting seems weird.
I heard the ghostly wooo as well. Jane gave him a "seriously" kind of look.

shareActually in the book Jane is married to Agent Gabriel Dean, who was played by Billy Burke in earlier episodes. Maybe he's tied up with other projects, but I would have liked to have seen him rather than the other guy.
