I wanted Christy to get shot when...

she's walking up the street and sees a line of cars and the COP is repeatedly yelling at her to take cover & get out of street, what does she do (after standing around acting deaf for 20 seconds) she runs out into the open right into the street instead of the store or alley 5 feet away from her. LOL

I know it's just a stupid cheesy action movie but at least give the character some common sense. Things like that and a whole bunch of other things in this movie take me out it and kill any kind of suspense we're supposed to feel as an audience. It's as if the writers wanted the movie wanted to be an even mix of action/suspense/comedy all in one. Don't know why the writers were trying to force comedy in where it ruins the action and suspense. If I wanted to watch a Arnold in a comedy than I'd watch Kindergarten Cop or Twins, not The Last Stand. lol rant over :)

***On a side note, anyone seen any good (new or old) action movies recently on Netflix? If anyone is looking for a nice action movie (with a good amount of symbolism) watch Snowpiercer. Even if the symbolism is lost on you, the fights are great.

I don't remember this scene, but Christy was the drug lord's partner and helper. Therefore, her odd behavior is explicable.

While it would have been appropriate, they won't shoot her. Rather than insulting the audience's intelligence, they could have had her paralyzed with fear and have Figgy come to her rescue instead.

Yes! That would have made much for sense. I still wish they had shot her for being so "movie" dumb. lol
