I wouldn't say it was one of the creepiest I've seen, but it was certainly effective and intriguing.

One of the creepiest I've seen would be the remake for Don't Be Afraid of the Dark

I like the way the people (especially the lady) look. Staring eyes, pronounced teeth, it is the classic predator look.
