2) Was Macy's lawyer character involved somehow with Waylon? If so, how did Macy figure out that John had the money? Just from giving his wife $4,000??
3) Is it really possible to bleed to death in an hour from a severed finger that is covered up from cloth?
1. I don't believe it ever actually says. From the looks of everyone in town I'd say even just 5 to 10 thousand would be a fortune.
2. I think he was. She seemed very eager to get rid of her husband so I don't think it would take much.
3. Probably not. I just felt like his heart was broken by seeing his wife and son being taken care of by a man that wasn't him, so his body just kind of quit on him.
