Carol and Daryl, the dream team. I'll seriously miss all their ass kicking as a team. Nobody stood a chance against them. I think Carol single-handedly killed more Saviors than anybody else.

Same here. I was really looking forward to their spin off show but it seems that Carol won't be in it. I plan on watching it but I'm so disappointed. It just won't be the same without Carol. They made such a wonderful team!

I think she knows just how popular she is with him. Unfortunately the new show is going to be filmed in France and she didn't want to make the move. I can understand it but it's very sad for her fans.

I've read from many interviews with actors. They say it's the best thing in the world to film in new locations. I guess because she's a little older and/or she hates France. Too bad.

I presume this is going to be streaming only? I missed the ending of the main series because Disney moved it to Disney+ in the middle of the last season. I'm not going to make the same mistake twice that I'd start another series just to get fooled before finishing the story...

Maybe an unpopular opinion but it seemed a little far fetched that someone like Carol would become one of the strongest characters on the show when in the first season she was shown to be a pretty weak and dependent person. She had to rely on Daryl to protect her and help her find her daughter whereas in the later seasons she was very independent and fearless. Her change didn't really seem very realistic IMO. I think Andrea and Daryl would have been a better and more realistic team.

Carol didn't want to fight or kill. I think her switch flipped in Terminus. She had to do something or else they would've all died. Later on, most of saviors she killed was in self defense or trying to avoid the fighting. Don't get me wrong, Andrea is one of my favorite characters. I've been thinking about re-watching all the Andrea seasons.
