How did Negan get the gun?
When he was tied-up....how did he get a gun, a flare and some photos??
shareWhen he was tied-up....how did he get a gun, a flare and some photos??
sharemagic, its like how Jadis is able to kidnap Negan out of the blue.
sharei wondered the same thing. also the flare and pictures.
shareYeah, I was so confused. Negan's all tied up. Then suddenly he has Junkyard Dog's photos. Then suddenly he's holding a flare. Then suddenly he has a gun. Yet he's all tied up.
Then Junkyard Dog rolls up an undead walker that is completely clamped in place with only a mouth that barely moves. I don't understand the purpose of that.
And then a helicopter, the same helicopter we saw in Season 1 flying through Atlanta shows up and Junkyard Dog gets all crazy and disappears and then comes back with another flare.
Seriously. What the Eff?
There's clearly some kind of ties between that junkyard site and the helicopter. (We saw the landing pad a few episodes back). And Jadis seemed to know it would be flying by (hence, having flares ready). It was just a bit choppy and hard to follow....how Negan ended-up getting a hold of a flare and that gun. It's as if a tiny segment of that scene got cut out. Right after the part where we see him edging himself along with his feet toward something. Oh well, it's not something I'm hung-up about.
I think it will be cool when we finally get to see his backstory. Hopefully it's something like....he was a school teacher, or pediatrician or something sympathetic. And, it will be cool to see what ultimately turned him into a megalomaniac, and master manipulator.
It's hard to believe the horror of what he did to Glenn and Abraham seems to be kinda wearing off with time. But clearly it's still what drives Rick.
You can read a 16 part comics on Youtube called "Here's Negan". From Robert Kirkman.
shareLook at how he was tied up. Piss poorly. He could have easily pulled his arms out and got into her nearby bag. Now why she would leave Negan alone near a bag of guns, I don't know...
shareIt was shown briefly, but he was on those pulley carts and he somehow was able to slowly wheel himself towards a bag that had her belongings.
I guess Jadis was so used to having a community protect her, she forgot the post-apocalyptic rule where you don't leave your weapons anywhere near your enemy or out of sight, no matter how tied up they are.
He's a Ninja.
shareKind of the same way when Rick was chasing the car Negan was driving...then after the commercial break we see Negan's car on it's side. How did it crash? Did Rick hit it? Did Negan swerve?
On The Walking Dead, the writers just "cut to commercial" and when the show resumes....magic has happened!
