i mean i guess it was shooting and killing all the walkers? really? thats the plan? why didn't someone else think of that?

His plan is to lock and hide all the saviors in the crapper and regale them with his unique brand of speech until Rick seeks life elsewhere or the apocalypse ends.

Making the bullets to replenish the ammo they would have to waste on the walkers I believe.
I think he decided to switch sides again an he just wants them to waste all their ammo, so they'll be easier for Rick's people. That's the only reason I can think of since he didn't turn scarface in.
Why did they decide to make him a full-blown traitor anyway? Between that and the way they make him speak I'm hoping he gets killed off.
That must be it. I mean, it would be pretty easy to dispatch even that large amount of zombies in that confined area without firing a single round. Utilize the choke points (stairs) leading up to the walkway areas and just pick them off with spiked poles.
