Daryl

He's turning into the next Shane or Merle.

Also, I find it humorous, I'm gay and named Aaron, I too have had people want my boyfriends to die in the hopes it would push me to Jesus ;)

Daryl's just being smart.

It's kill or be killed. The Saviors have earned the treatment Daryl's doling out.

Morgan and Daryl know what's up.

Also, Daryl remembers the feeling of sitting there on his knees with Negan about to bash heads in (and laughing about it), and Negan killing Glenn in front of his wife (and the Saviors showing no remorse about it). Daryl has no time to waste with these Saviors.

Rick/Jesus would argue that killing too much would make you lose your humanity, but Rick just killed a bunch of Saviors himself. Killed one in an outpost and let him suffer by letting a Walker fall on him. The goal is to get rid of the Saviors because they can not be reasoned with.

Oh he for sure has his reasons. Honestly though, it happened twice in that episode where he was like that, and Rick gave a lingering look but said nothing about it. So I feel like that since it happened twice, we're definitely supposed to take notice. Maybe Rick is thinking it's coming too easily to Daryl now. I just feel like it's a set-up, they might be planting seeds for Daryl "going bad." And then of course dying. That's the interesting thing about Daryl, being a character original to the show, he's a complete wild card.
