Woke or not....what the hell is the appeal of this for adults???.....
I guess it's kinda like a live action Toy story..maybe???
Can't believe people are excited to see this.....
It’s funny. It’s a parody. You find yourself laughing a lot at certain scenes. The opening is a take on Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey’s opening scene with the chimpanzee weaponizing bones to fend off predators. In Barbie, little girls are in circles doing the same thing with their Barbie dolls. And then that musical intro of 2001 comes on. It’s fun. It’s good for seeing one time. If you have a sense of humor, you’ll enjoy it. With a glass of Prosecco as I did.
