Why are you judging it based on something it's not?
Why are you judging it based on what YOU want it to be rather than what it actually is?
If it doesn't feel like an action movie, why are you treating it as an action movie?
If it feels more like a drama/thriller, why don't you treat it as a drama/thriller?
The rest of humanity couldn't care less about what you both are talking about. They care about whether they like a movie, regardless of genre.
If you said this opinion to someone's face, they wouldn't listen to you. They wouldn't trust your opinion as worthy, because the basis of your opinion is flawed.
What people care about is one simple question:
Is the movie good?
Do you recommend the movie?
If you said no and provide the reason you just did, they wouldn't listen to you, because this reason doesn't give an honest analysis. It's biased, subjective, lacks credibility and substance, and treat your opinion as if it never existed.
The better thing you could have done is not see the movie in the first place.
If it didn't have what you wanted, why did you see it? Did you not look at the trailers? Did you not use something called the Internet and read about the movie before you saw it?
If you want to judge a movie, judge it for what it is, not what it isn't.
No one will listen to you if you do the latter.
