So what did I miss???? *spoilers?

So at first the Accountant was looking for Milton not caring what happened to Jonah. We can see how he tells the two cops "remember why you are here" when they recognized Jonah at that hotel.

But then he actually aids Milton so he can kill Jonah...

I know the Accountant was sent to retrieve Milton and the gun back to Hell, but where exactly does he actually sees Jonah a threat and decides to help Milton instead of bringing him back to Hell??

BTW this movie was a total piece of Crap. Even looked as kinda Grindhouse, low budget spoof of the genere, it blows.... Why on earth do ppl actually do movies like this is beyond me... Entertaiment value is near to playing Combat on Atari for 97 minutes but without the nostalgia factor.

If you want to see a good spoof of the action genera see Shoot'em Up. Thats how u do low budg modern grindhouse movies...

He wasn't interested in Jonah as such, he actually(eventually)sympathized with Milton and why he escaped from hell. So he thought he'd let Milton get his revenge and kill Jonah / or help him achieve that goal.
And I'm sorry you didn't like the film. I thought it was a total blast.

Part of it too, was the accountant probably came to the conclusion too, that letting Milton get the revenge that he broke out of hell to achieve, would make it easier for him to be brought back. Milton refused to be taken back because of his goal to kill Jonah and make sure his granddaughter was safe. Letting him do that, would then make it a little easier to get him back.

*edit*

Just watching it, and when The Accountant grabs Piper to get the God-killer back he tells Milton " i have a job to do, and getting you here, makes my job easier." He then tells Milton "If you win, I win. If they take you down, I win."
