wow , not since the 1940's have i seen such terribly distracting bad special effects

this movie ( and Nicholas cage's acting career since 2000 ) is absolutely woeful and not just for the effects

another nail in the coffin for the action genre

His movie is low budget and high budget at the same time.

Just a weird cheezy film.
