And...
...I can't claim to have an exact count, but I seem to remember a substantial number of people who came into the place were threatened and/or killed there. It seems to me that such practices wouldn't be food for business, although I suppose Boyd could go take any paper money out of the wallets of the dead ones (as well as go through their pockets for loose change). Even so, such tactics would pretty much guarantee an enormous lack of repeat business.
