The Company Of Wolves.

The concept of this film seems a bit like The Company of Wolves. Comments?

Everything will be OK in the end, if it aint OK,it aint the end.

Of course it is! It has stolen the whole concept. The reason why I watched this film was just to see what they had done with the story of "The Company of Wolves". They absolutely ruined it, horrible!

Not at all. The only remote similarity between the two films (apart from the fact that in both films, a distinguished actress is cast as the grandmother) is that both are dark retellings of the same story and that's about it.

"Company" is part anthology film and part bloody coming-of-age story that uses the tale of Red Riding Hood to explore themes such as manly bestiality and blooming sexuality (which were partly incorporated in the original tale, too).

"Red Riding Hood", also a modern retelling, is more like a werewolf whodunit with a dash of love triangle thrown in to appeal to the teenage crowds.

Obviously, the former is the superior film.
