when you vote to kick someone out, what button do you press to repeat it. that way it appears over and over on the bottom right of the screen.

To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women.

Once you vote to kick you can then cancel kick. So the process is to vote to kick then cancel kick and then vote to kick again.
