Jack and Bonnie should have interacted after John's death

I would have liked to see her reaction to John's death. She was the only character he met that you could say became his friend. John and Marshal Johnson respected each other but I don't think Johnson would care about John's death. John was okay with Wes Dickens but obviously they weren't friends at all. He was creeper out by Seth. He despises Irish. He only helped Reyes because it suited him. With Bonnie, they had an actual relationship. So I'd have liked to have seen a scene with her and Jack talking about John's death. It could have even been an extra stranger mission.

True, but I guess by then Bonnie had married and moved on. I read about a story epilogue about what became of John's "friends". Some prospered, some died, some made asses of themselves.

Something like that would have been really really awesome. I can't believe how utterly depressing the ending gets. Not just with the deaths but with the John/Jack hunting missions and how they play out the father/son relationship and time lost, etc.

I'm playing right now as Jack and was skinning a cougar and he says something like, "yep just like dad taught me."
