I think both game franchises are pretty much as good as each other. Actually, I pretty much see them as part of the same overall franchise.
In fact, why would I wish to do anything except be grateful that all of the games exist...?

Much better than gta for me.
I can't wait for either the 2nd one (seriously hurry up) or the xbox one to add it to backwards compatibility games so I can play it again :)
On a side note I'm surprised the guy who voiced John Marston hasn't done more voice acting. I love his voice
Not as much fun after you complete everything. GTA has way better replay value. But this game is great in its own right.
shareI'd have to say no. It's a fantastic game and I enjoyed every minute of it, but I like the satire of GTA. It's the humour that keeps me coming back to that. This, while have a fair bit of comedy in it, is a much more serious adaptation. Again, nothing wrong with that, it's just I enjoyed GTA more. ^^

It Had a better-executed More Focused story than any of the GTA games but Lacked the replay Value And maybe it's just that I Have never been a huge on westerns but while the story In Grand Theft Auto IV Was less focused and filled with filler missions I actually Liked it more Niko Was A Better Character than John And I Found His story stuck with me more as did the Overall cast of characters.
And I Have gotten Tons more replay Value From V So while Red dead has a clearly better story I Would take V Overall It just offers Lot More.
So No I Disagree but it is an Absolutely fantastic game Like Pretty Much Every Rockstar game.
