What is Sigourney Weaver eating in this scene?

This is going to sound crazy, but what in the world is Sigourney Weaver eating in the scene where Tim has checked in and is walking to his room while on the phone with her? I've seen someone in another movie eating the same thing and I wondered then and never figured it out.

It looks like they're scraping something off a leaf with their teeth. Or actually, a piece of fruit that's been quartered and you scrape the "meat" off with your teeth.

Anyway, it's just one of those annoying things that's driving me nuts because I can't figure it out. I've Googled it and haven't seen the question asked on here or anywhere else.
