Any idea what hotel they're at; is a fake name used or is the name of a real chain used?

The actual hotel they filmed it at is called Clarion in Ann Arbor, MI. I was staying there and got to meet Ed (and the prostitute) while they were filming because the shoot inconvenienced me (they woke me up at 7am and asked me to move my car).

I have no idea if the name they used for the film is a real chain, but I'm guessing it isn't.
