I only know her from Quantico but she's the most exciting casting choice on the female side.
I was a Baywatch fanatic back in the days. It was never a "good show" (nor did it pretend to be) but it was a FUN show. The Rock seems to get that and he seems to be having fun with the project already, so we're off to a good start. Efron has the looks and the sense of humor, so I also think he'll do great. The ladies on the other hand... let's just say Pam Anderson made the show what it was and she left big shoes to fill.
Pamela Anderson is often reduced to a hot body and a pretty face, but what made her "Pamela Anderson" is her charisma. To this day, she's still that girl with spunk that always seems to be having fun and, no matter whether you're turned on by it or you think she's an idiot, you can't help but looking at her. Chopra, as far as I can tell, is the only female cast member that matches this level of charisma: she does have the perfect-doll looks but she's also extremely vibrant, energetic and polarizing. She brings that "fun" element and adds an alpha female layer to it that's very suiting to Baywatch. To me, she's gonna be the real standout in all this.
