Efron must be taking steroids

chris evans as cap is not even this ripped

reply

Maybe Efron works out more, we don't know that. But he looks healthy, so all good :)

reply

Huge muscles do not equal healthy. I think he looks like he's using steroids too. He looks much healthier in other films like Neighbours. Still muscular and sexy, but not this extreme.

reply

Of course he is.

So is The Rock and Chris Evans.

They're all paid millions to take steroids and workout.

What am I gonna do... with a gun rack?

reply

Exactly!

reply

They also increase protein intake and take some supps to aid the recovery steroids??? No chance

reply

I once saw a post that said "LOL, you think a 165 lb dude is on steroids"... it's very applicable here.

You'd feel cocky too if you were full of myself.

reply

His physique looks naturally attainable to me.

reply

To me too

I think that shirtless and with his body "on focus" it looks pretty impressive, but it was not like something exceptional, I'm pretty sure Kit Harington had that exactly same body on "Pompeii", Zac is actually just very defined in "Baywatch", not big, some gossip sites compared his body in "Baywatch" with him in 2008 (it's 8 years) to make looks like it happened quickly, but it's pure sensationalism

reply

Of course he is, please stop all being in effing denial. Hollywood is full of coked-up druggies, you all think that if they get offered a role on Baywatch which will probably have him shirtless for 90% of the movie, next to THE ROCK...he will say HELL YEAH! Give me those roids and lets get beefed up! I don't wanna look like a wimp next to THE ROCK!!!
Stop all the denial!
Wake up to REALITY.

Doesnt have to be steroids.

with the right diet and exercise regime, plus nutritional supplements and pre-workout shakes, it doesn't take that long to get ripped. I was skinny-fat once, then I started working out 6 days a week, used protein shakes, creatine shakes and NO-xide or whatever it's called. After a few months I was starting to developing a six pack. I never got there bcause I stopped, but my point is that you don't NEED steroids to get jacked. And with the money these actors can spend on private trainers, they should be getting EXCELLENT advice on how to maintain their bodies. Maybe even personal cooks that make perfectly balanced meals.
