What they should have done?
They should have had this movie as a follow on from the TV show. They should have got back as many of the TV cast as they could to play the charectors they played in the TV show. But they would have had them in minor roles or cameo roles in the film. Then they could have got the current movie cast to play a whole new set of characters.
