Did anyone think of Romulans seeing the bad guys?
That was the first thought that came to my mind.

How in the 9 hells do they remind you of Romulans? Have you only seen the new Star Trek movie?

Look back at the original depiction of the Romulans and you'll see what I mean.

I can only assume this was intended for the OP and not myself. Since the bad guys in this movie only resemble Romulans from the new movie.

They reminded me of the Kromags from the Sliders tv series

Cardassians from STNG (star trek next generations) except the Mog were really mean and less cunning.
