What precisely did Nicole say to John in the water?

Okay, this could be interesting...In the beach area when the gang is having their end of summer party, Nicole (Emily Wickersham) sends a text to John. Although she's out in the water, he swims out and they begin a conversation.

* IMPORTANT* Nicole begins to mumble something to the effect of: "So what do boys and girls who arent going to see each other for a long time do...(??)

Im not even sure if the first part of the quote is close, however, she does mention some kind of hook-up line to John. Can I get some HELP from you folks?

If at first you see your ship and it doesn't come in; don't just sit there, swim out to get it!

As John swims out to her it goes like this:

Nicole: "I love it out here. The big dipper, thats my favourite. Do you know that one?"
John: "No, I got a D in Astronomy."
*Nicole laughs*
Nicole: "So, I never see you with anyone, do you have a girl friend out of town or something?"
*Daniel's leg starts to burn*
Nicole: Daniel?!

That's it. Not sure where you heard the other part, but it wasn't in the version I've seen.
