While watching the movie for the first time, last night, I couldn't help but wonder aloud why the school administrators weren't questioning a guy who looked like he was 30 enrolling at their school, lol.

In schools in my area, if a man who appearing to be 30 tried to enroll, the school would most likely call the cops.
I thought the same thing. This guy looks old, but in reality he's pretty young. Born in 1990.
shareAlex Pettyfer who played John Smith was only 20 when this film was released and I honestly didn't think he looked 30 in this movie, maybe 25 but that would be pushing it.
