Is Indy 5 the final straw that gets Kathleen Kennedy fired?

No, she is doing what Disney wants. She's there to erase film franchises and male heroes from previous generations.

I highly doubt it. But if so, she'll officially "retire" and go out with a big bonanza of praise - all must be in gaping awe of the great womanly super duper creative woman genius producer who is by the way, a woman (genius, brilliant).

At this point, what would it help if she were? She's already done her evil work, and eviscerated both the Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchises. The only way I can see to bring either of these franchises back to life would be to let them lie fallow for a number of years (long enough for the current wave of wokeness to pass), and then turn them over to an entirely new creative team that actually likes and respects the original franchises and their characters.
