The only great JP movie was the first one. Everything since then has been various amounts of disappointing, but I still have gotten some enjoyment out of watching them.
I probably enjoyed Dominion more than The Lost World and Fallen Kingdom. JP III, while certainly not great, was perhaps more fun purely as a popcorn movie. Jurassic World definitely better than Dominion.
Bottom line here, I guess, is that I feel like it makes no sense to NOT watch Dominion if you watched the other five. It's by no means the worst of the franchise.
I liked JP 123 and JW but I hated JW 2 so why bother with JW3?
shareI would watch it just to finish the journey. Plus, Dominion is a very different movie from Fallen Kingdom. That's not to say that it's a great film, but it's certainly a different experience and I feel okay about saying it's a better movie overall.
